Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium oder höher mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, International Business, Vertrieb und Marketing oder ähnlichem.
Dynamische Persönlichkeit mit einer Begabung für Business Development und Networking.
Bereitschaft zu Reisen im Rahmen von Messen oder anderen Veranstaltungen in Deutschland und gelegentlich auch im europäischen Ausland.

Ihre Fähigkeiten

Your challenge

PKNP and Port of Antwerp-Bruges International are partners in the development of the port of Lumut in Malaysia. Therefore LuMIC Development Company was created in December 2023, a joint venture company dealing with development of the Lumut Maritime Industrial City (LuMIC) in de state of Perak in Malaysia. This company acts as a port developer and land lord for the area around the Port of Lumut, situated in the Strait of Malacca, one of the busiest trade routes in the world. The aim is to develop a hub for imports and exports answering the needs in the ASEAN region and this with the support of the European Global Gateway initiative.

Your responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified manager to lead the development and investment initiatives at Lumut Port, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in port and/or industrial development, along with general and/or project management, business development, and possesses good communication skills. The primary responsibilities of this role will include implementing a Masterplan for Lumut Port, attracting and overseeing industrial, logistical and port terminal investments, coordinating projects, and fostering seamless communication between different departments both in Malaysia and Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development, Investments and strategic planning: Identify potential investment opportunities and partnerships to enhance Lumut Port's infrastructure and services. Analyse market trends and conduct feasibility studies to guide strategic decision-making.

2. Team development, leadership and coordination: in a later stage, develop and lead a diverse team and maintain strong communication channels between different departments. Provide clear instructions, follow up on projects, and coordinate with the head office for smooth operations.

3. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate positive relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, investors, and other relevant stakeholders to foster cooperation and support for port development initiatives.

4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from the Masterplan.

Your profile

Master's degree in Economics, Management, Law, Maritime studies, Engineering, Nautical sciences or any other relevant field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in port or industrial development, with a strong track record of successful project implementation
Proven track record in stakeholdermanagement towards business and government authorities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and team-oriented environment
Strong in building client relationship, developing sales strategies within a public-private environment
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and coordinating plans
Proficient in English (both written and spoken) as it will be the primary language used for communication

De Prins van Luikschool is een Nederlandstalige basisschool met Vlaams leerplan te Kinshasa. Wat onze school uniek maakt, is niet alleen de setting, maar ook de dynamische en familiale sfeer. Het is een kleine, fijne school met ongeveer 70 leerlingen.

De school biedt kleuter- en lager onderwijs aan en er wordt lesgegeven in graadklassen. De lessen vinden plaats van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 7u15 tot 12u30 met naschoolse activiteiten in de namiddag. Daarnaast worden er ook regelmatig evenementen georganiseerd (een spaghettiavond, een quiz, een kampeermoment voor de leerlingen op de school…). Er wordt bijzondere aandacht besteed aan taalactivering omdat veel kinderen van thuis uit Franstalig zijn.

Beknopte functieomschrijving

De administratieve coördinatie omvat het beheer van alle aspecten van de school die buiten het pedagogische kader vallen (deze worden door de pedagogische leiding verzorgd). Het gaat dus voornamelijk om personeelsbeheer, uitbetaling van arbeiders en bedienden, inschrijvingen, schoolgeld, enz.

Naast het werk met betrekking tot de school, heeft onze locatie verschillende panden waarvan de verhuur ook moet worden beheerd. (Contact huurder, beheer van werkramingen, diverse problemen, betaling van huur, enz.). De functie vereist uiteraard dat je ter plaatse bent maar ook buiten de schooluren bereikbaar bent voor bijvoorbeeld bepaalde calamiteiten. Een uitgebreidere functiebeschrijving zal bij de arbeidsovereenkomst worden gevoegd.

Wij zijn een Nederlandstalige school in een Franstalig land, dus het is essentieel om perfect tweetalig te zijn (bij voorkeur Nederlandse moedertaal) om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie. Een hechte relatie van goede samenwerking met alle (6) leerkrachten is essentieel.

NTC Luxemburg verzorgt sinds 2002 onderwijs in Nederlandse taal en Nederlandse en Vlaamse cultuur. NTC Luxemburg is een ‘naschoolse school’ die een aanvullend lesprogramma verzorgt op het niet-Nederlandstalig dagonderwijs in Luxemburg. Bij ons geen rekenen, biologie of gymnastiek, maar exclusief aandacht voor taal en de Nederlandse en Vlaamse cultuur.

NTC Luxemburg is voor schooljaar 2024-2025 voor onze nieuw te starten kleuterklas op donderdagmiddag op zoek naar:

Leerkracht Basisonderwijs Kleutergroep (6 uur per week)

De klas

In verband met de grote interesse voor onze school willen wij een nieuwe kleuterklas starten op de donderdagmiddag. Je gaat lesgeven aan een groep van ongeveer 10 tot maximaal 20 kinderen met een meertalige achtergrond. Als leerkracht schenk je veel persoonlijke aandacht aan iedere leerling. Jij snapt dat het belangrijk is dat onze leerlingen na een drukke dagschool met plezier naar onze Nederlandse lessen komen. Middels onze ‘spelend leren’ methode zorg jij ervoor dat onze leerlingen een goede Nederlandse woordenschat opbouwen, basis Nederlands begrijpen en kunnen spreken, de eerste letterkennis opdoen en na de kleuterklas moeiteloos kunnen doorstromen naar groep 3.

Profiel

een enthousiaste teamspeler met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, die proactief is, goed zelfstandig kan werken, kan improviseren en flexibel is;
iemand die goed kan differentiëren en geduldig is met taal;
kundig in het creëren van structuur in de klas en een persoonlijke band met de leerlingen;
bij voorkeur in het bezit van een onderwijsbevoegdheid voor primair onderwijs en enkele jaren relevante onderwijservaring;
ervaring als kleuterleerkracht of met spelend leren is een pré;
ervaring of affiniteit met NT2-onderwijs, (Nederlands als tweede taal) is een pré;
ervaring met gedifferentieerd en coöperatief leren is een pré;
ervaring met digitale leermiddelen is een pré.

Functie

Als leerkracht (6 uur per week) heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden en taken:

Zelfstandig voorbereiden en verzorgen van de Nederlandse taal- en cultuurlessen;
Uitvoeren van het onderwijskundig beleid;
Zorgen voor een plezierige en veilige leeromgeving;
Zorgen voor een goede communicatie met ouders, schoolleider en collega’s;
Afnemen van toetsen en bijhouden van het leerlingvolgsysteem (ParnasSys);
Opstellen rapporten;
Voeren van ouder- en rapportgesprekken;
Input leveren voor het vierjaarlijkse schoolplan;
Bijwonen van teamvergaderingen;
Mede organiseren en assisteren tijdens de cultuurdagen en events;
Instrueren van een onderwijsassistent.

Je legt verantwoording af aan de schoolleider en eens in de vier jaar aan de onderwijsinspectie. Het laatste inspectiebezoek vond plaats in februari 2022. Eerdere bezoeken resulteerden in een positief oordeel over het functioneren van de school.

Lesdag: Donderdagmiddag van 15.30-18.00 uur (de leerkracht is tenminste een half uur voor de les aanwezig). Bij voorkeur ook op dinsdagmiddag beschikbaar. Daarnaast ben je ook een aantal keer per jaar beschikbaar op zaterdag i.v.m. cultuurdagen.

Startdatum: 1 september 2024 (evt. proefperiode in mei, juni.)

Port of Antwerp-Bruges International (POABI) est la filiale de l'Autorité portuaire d'Anvers-Bruges, spécialisée dans les projets de développement portuaire et les services de conseil dans le monde entier, en particulier en Afrique, au Moyen-Orient, en Amérique latine et en Asie du Sud-Est. POABI opère également en tant que coactionnaire du port de Duqm en Oman et du Porto do Açu au Brésil.

POABI gère depuis 2018 le port de Cotonou au Bénin, en Afrique de l'Ouest, qui est un port en pleine transformation. La première phase d'ambitieux travaux d'infrastructure a été lancée en 2022. Ces travaux sont basés sur le plan directeur du port de Cotonou et comprennent la rénovation et l’extension des infrastructures portuaires. Un élément clé est la création d'une zone logistique, d'environ 60 ha sous le statut de zone économique spéciale dans le périmètre du port.

Votre challenge

Cette "Africa Logistics Zone" a l'ambition et le potentiel de devenir la plaque tournante régionale de la logistique pour l'Afrique de l'Ouest et l'Afrique centrale, en mettant l'accent sur la création de valeur ajoutée.

La création, le développement infrastructurel et commercial et la gestion de la zone logistique seront confiés à une société de gestion et d'aménagement (SAG) qui est une coentreprise entre POABI et le Port Autonome de Cotonou (PAC). Pour cette SAG, POABI recherche un Directeur Général (DG). Le lieu d’emploi est Cotonou, Bénin.

Vos responsabilités de directeur général

Responsable de la mise en œuvre de la vision et de la stratégie de l’ALZ
Responsable du développement structurel et commercial de la zone logistique, des activités et de l'organisation nécessaire pour y parvenir
Premier point de contact pour les parties prenantes au Bénin et les actionnaires
Promoteur de la collaboration étroite avec les autorités de réglementation et d’octroi de licences au Bénin
Responsable pour le budget annuel global et rapportage efficace et régulier à destination des parties prenantes ou d'autres instances
Responsable final du budget annuel, des comptes et des résultats de la société
Suivre les développements dans le secteur des Zones Economiques Spéciales et réagir face aux changements dans l’environnement

Votre profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un master avec au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la logistique, de préférence dans les zones économiques spéciales
Vous disposez d'un solide réseau international dans le secteur de la logistique
Vous avez une expérience confirmée en matière de gestion général ou développement commercial dans un contexte mondial
Vous avez une expérience confirmée des grands projets tel que le développement d’une zone logistique sous le statut de zone économique spéciale
Vous avez une expérience dans des fonctions d'encadrement (ou équivalent) et connaissez le contexte géopolitique de l'Afrique de l'Ouest
Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais dans un contexte professionnel portuaire
Vous avez le sens des responsabilités, vous êtes un bon négociateur, avez un esprit analytique et vous êtes orienté vers les solutions
Vous êtes capable de communiquer des idées de manière convaincante, tant à l'écrit qu'oralement.
